Forms of Payment

We accept a variety of payment forms including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, cashier's checks, and money orders.  Orders are shipped upon receipt of payment confirmation.  When placing orders with a credit card, please note that the "Ship To" address must match your credit card's billing address. 

Geographic Sales Territory

Poshi is based in the United States and currently ships product orders anywhere in the United States and Canada.  Addition of other countries will occur over time.  If you are an interested customer from outside these regions, please contact us at poshicustomerservice@poshidesigns.com and let us know for future reference.

Security

All personal information that you submit when ordering through the Poshi website, including credit card number, name, and address is encrypted with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.  Secure pages have URL addresses that begin with "https" instead of "http" and the "security" icon on your browser window will typically appear as a closed padlock (depending on your browser type, etc.)  Please note that email is not encrypted and therefore is not a secure means of transmitting credit card numbers.  If you are not comfortable transmitting your personal credit card information electronically, you can call us at 1-918-808-8599 during our normal business hours to place your order.

Privacy

We do not sell or distribute our customer information that is given or provided on this website.  We provide email confirmation services back to you on orders received and shipments made.  We will not otherwise directly email you unless you choose to join our mailing list or newsletter for ongoing promotions and other related activities.


Returns

We take great pride in the quality and design of our products. Since Poshi products are inherently of semi-custom or custom design nature and are produced to each customer's specifications upon receipt of order, Poshi will accept product returns only in the event of a production error or flaw in materials or workmanship (as determined in Poshi's sole discretion upon review by our customer service team). 

In the interest of fairness, however, if you find that you are truly and immediately dissatisfied with your semi-custom necklace or bracelet, you may return it for a full refund (excluding return shipping) under the following two conditions.  First, you must email us at poshicustomerservice@poshidesigns.com explaining the reason for the return within 72 hours of product receipt. Second, the product must be returned in its original condition.  Poshi must receive the returned product within 10 days of order receipt for a refund or credit to be issued. Due to their nature, Special Orders, Custom Orders, and earrings can not be returned once ordered.


Warranties

Poshi stands behind the quality of our products.  Necklaces and bracelets are warranted for up to one year from date of purchase against manufacturing defects resulting in breakage during normal wear or usage.  If you believe that a necklace or bracelet has inappropriately broken during this stated warranty period, simply mail the product (including all of the original components) back to us along with a description of how the breakage occurred.  At Poshi's discretion, we will review the circumstances and make a determination as to the appropriateness of the breakage. If we are in agreement,  we will repair and return it to you at no charge.

In the case of breakage not covered by the warranty, as described, please return all remaining components and Poshi will email or call you with a quote to return your product to its original state.  In cases where all original components are returned, Poshi will reproduce your product for a minimal charge of $10.00.

Earrings are warranted against manufacturing defects for up to 90 days (due to their more fragile nature) from the date of purchase.  For earring claims in accordance with the warranty, simply mail the product (including all of the original components) back to us along with a description of how the breakage occurred.  At Poshi's discretion, we will review the circumstances and make a determination as to the appropriateness of the breakage. If we are in agreement,  we will repair and return it to you at no charge. Due to the more personal and allergenic nature of pierced earrings, no product returns can be accepted.

Note: Our jewelry is designed, made, and intended for use by adults only and is not intended for children.  Purchasers assume full responsibility for the reasonable and proper use and safe storage of the products.

Poshi, along with its employees, owners, and agents ("Poshi") are not responsible for repair or replacement of product resulting from the misuse or abuse of the product beyond its intended fashion purpose as jewelry.  Also, Poshi is not responsible for damages of any kind (direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise) related to the purchase and use of its products. Under no circumstances will Poshi be liable or responsible to any party for an amount greater than the original purchase price of the product(s) paid by the customer for the item.
