How long will it take to get my order?
Since our jewelry is semi-custom and tailored to your selections, receiving your order may take a bit longer than ordering ready made jewelry. Each piece is designed and hand assembled upon receipt of your order. For average sized orders, the production process will generally take 7-10 business days to complete and ship from Poshi. This time frame can vary due to many variables including customer demand and supplier stocks. However, if the processing of your order is going to exceed 10 business days, you will be notified with an estimated completion time via email. At that time, you will be given the option to reconfirm or cancel your order.
How do you handle shipping?
Poshi provides our customers with a number of shipping preferences. Please refer to our shipping page at Shipping for details.
Can I mix and match pendants from one model with another and how do I do that?
Yes, you can! That is considered a Special Order instead of a Poshi "standard" semi-custom order. To place a Special Order, please call us at 1-918-808-8599 and provide us with the product numbers from the respective necklaces. Special Order pricing will be provided to you at that time.
What if I want something completely different? Does Poshi make totally custom pieces?
Yes, we do! Poshi will work with you and design a completely custom order according to your specifications using the same or similar material types in our other designs. Feel free to call us at 1-918-808-8599 for consultation with our designer and pricing.
What if I prefer the necklace without the pendant? Can I still order it?
Yes, by now you can see that at Poshi, we pride ourself on flexibility and that preference power belongs to our customers. You will need to place your order by phone at 1-918-808-8599 and your pricing will be adjusted at that time.
Where else can I find Poshi products?
Poshi products are not available in stores or anywhere else at this time. They are only available here at www.poshidesigns.com .
Which countries do you ship to?
Poshi currently ships to anywhere in the United States and Canada. If you reside outside these regions and are interested in our products, contact us at poshicustomerservice@poshidesigns.com . Depending on your location, size of your order, and form of payment, we may be able to accommodate you. The level of interest from other regions will be considered in our business expansion plans.
What are Poshi's normal business hours?
Normal business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central time zone) Monday through Friday.
Can I return a shipment or an order once it has been placed?
It depends. If you contact us soon enough and design production has not yet started, then you may cancel the order. Depending on the nature of the order (a "standard" semi-custom vs. Special Order, Custom Order or Earrings), you may or may not be able to return it once production has started or product has been shipped. Refer to the Returns section of our Policy page for specific details on how we handle these situations, rare as they are, when they occur.
What are the different ways to place an order?
For your shopping convenience, orders can be placed in different ways.
Online: You can order securely through our online shopping cart. After perusing our designs, simply make your selections of design, color, length, and quantity and then add the items to your cart by clicking on the "Purchase" buttons. Our shopping cart utilizes SSL encryption while accepting credit card information for increased security and processing of your order. Once you have completed your selections and checked out through the shopping cart, you will receive an order confirmation via email, provided you have entered your email address.
Email or Phone: Using our alternate forms of ordering, you can either email us at poshisales@poshidesigns.com or you can call us at 1-918-808-8599. Please provide us with all item details of your order (including item number, size, color, etc.). A return telephone number where you can be reached is also often helpful to resolve questions, should they arise. Customer courtesy reminder: Since standard email is not secure, we suggest you not send your personal credit card information through email to us. Feel free to call us with that information for more secure handling or we will be glad to call you back, if you prefer, for payment handling.
