Territory

Poshi currently ships only to locations located within the United States and Canada.  If you are an interested customer outside this region, please let us know and we will take requests into consideration for future expansion of territories.

Shipping Service Options

Poshi provides different shipping options for our customer's convenience.

Free Shipping:  Shipping is free (with no minimum order) to all U.S destinations via USPS First Class mail (uninsured).  On uninsured orders Poshi shipments are tracked using delivery confirmation to ensure that the orders reach the destination address as submitted by our customers.  Note: On uninsured orders, the buyer assumes risk of loss.  Though rare, any order discrepancy occurring post-delivery will need to be addressed between the customer and their local USPS carrier.  Poshi will assist the customer, where possible, by providing available shipping information about the order.

Additional United States Shipping Options:  Poshi offers additional U.S. based shipping options for those customers who may have more time sensitive or risk sensitive requirements.  For these, orders will be shipped via USPS either USPS Priority or USPS Express.  See our domestic shipping table below:

International Shipping:  Poshi currently ships only to Canada internationally using the automated shopping cart.  If you are an interested customer from another region, please contact us at poshicustomerservice@poshidesigns.com .  Depending on your location, order size, and form of payment, we will attempt to accommodate you.   All international shipments are sent via USPS based on one of the following service levels as designated by the customer:

Shipping Incidents

We plan and hope that all shipments will arrive safely intact, however on occasion accidents can happen.  If your shipment arrives damaged, please keep all original packing materials and notify us immediately at poshicustomerservice@poshidesigns.com or call us at 1-918-808-8599 for instructions.
